That’s why we created a referral program that continuously rewards you for sharing the gift of support—with your friends, your community, and beyond. Thats why there are no “parent” or “sitter” accounts. Everyone can request help or offer it. Your role is defined by your calendar—one for when you need support, one for when you’re available to give it.

How does it work?

Two-Ripple Referral System
You continue earning forever from:

First ripple: people you invite directly

Second ripple: people they invite
Earnings come from subscriptions and care bookings (see below).
Referral thank-yous are paid by Naptured from our service fee—never taken from caregiver pay.

Rest Subscriptions (25% to you)
When someone in your first or second ripple subscribes, you earn 25% of their plan—every month they stay active.

Rest: $9.99 → you earn $2.50/mo

Deep Rest: $14.99 → you earn $3.75/mo
Example:

Invite 5 friends → they each invite 5 = 30 people.

If all choose Rest: 30 × $2.50 = $75/month to you.

If 20 Rest + 10 Deep Rest: (20 × $2.50) + (10 × $3.75) = $87.50/month.

Care Bookings (5% thank-you)
Any time someone in your first or second ripple completes a booking, you earn 5% of the booking total—automatically.
Example:

Those same 30 people each book ~3 hrs this month at $20/hr
→ 30 × (3 × $20) × 5% = $90/month to you.
Bottom Line
